MOSCOW, Feb 2 (PRIME) -- Russian state development corporation VEB.RF and VTB Bank will grant a 180 billion ruble\ syndicated loan to Russian Platinum to construct the first stage of a mining and processing plant in the Krasnoyarsk Region, VEB.RF said in a statement on Wednesday.
The total value of the facility is around 240 billion rubles.
